I became a financial planner because I was tired of the industry treating money like it exists in a vacuum, separate from your actual life, feelings, and dreams. Plot twist: Your emotions around money aren't the problem — they're fuel. And once we work with them instead of against them, everything becomes clearer. Nowadays I think of myself as a financial planner and financial coach, bringing the best of both worlds together.
